Tiananmen Mission It is an epic of story of a young student Zhang Jian, who survived from the bullets in Tiananmen Square during 1989 Chairman Deng Xiaoping’s massacre. While the world watching the Massacre on TV, it was those students who paid their lives for the humanities. Zhang Jian was one of student leaders to sheild bullets for others. We met him on 2005 at a small hotel in a broader town of France, where he shared his story. Without professional film production support, we recorded this magnificent journey of his devotion pledge for our humanity.
